Jeffrey started his career in the United States Air Force and quickly rose through the ranks, earning the distinction of Chief Master Sergeant. During this time he led, trained, and mentored recruitng organizations while earning numerous accolades, achievements and distinctions along the way. He then transitioned to real estate sharing his servant leadership ethos with clients and agents.

As the CEO/Team Leader, Jeffrey has created a culture of excellence and accountability, where agents are empowered to take ownership of their business and achieve their goals.
